• What are the advantages of using the online Custom Quote request form?
  • Receipts are sent for online submissions assuring you we’ve received your request.
  • Using the online form helps avoid delays by ensuring we have complete and accurate information.
• Where can I get more information about the Custom Quote Process?
  • Section 100 of the specification manual.
  • Contact your Sales Representative.
  • Call a Custom Quote Technical Expert – 1-800-768-0635 (M – F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST).
• What is the maximum height allowed for a tall cabinet?
  • 96″ – some of our accessories are available taller than 96″ (refer to Section 1000 of the specification manual).
• How tall can you make a door?
  • Functional doors are warranted to 62″ high and may be ordered without a Custom Quote using the SKU DOOR; see Section 200 of the specification manual for details. Some specialty door SKUs are available; see Section 1200. To order other specialty doors or doors outside of the minimum and maximum dimensions listed for the DOOR SKU in the specification manual, a Custom Quote Request may be submitted. The maximum functional door height through a Custom Quote Request is 72″; doors over 72″ and up to 96″ high are available, but will not be bored for hinges.
• How do I order a drawer front?
  • Drawer fronts may be ordered without a Custom Quote using the SKU DRAWERFRONT; see Section 200 of the specification manual for details. Some specialty drawer SKUs are available; see Section1200. To order other specialty drawer fronts or drawer fronts outside of the minimum and maximum dimensions listed for the DRAWERFRONT SKU in the specification manual, a Custom Quote Request may be submitted.
• Can you change door or drawer front construction?
  • Specifying door and/or drawer front construction is not an option we currently offer and is limited to the style, construction and modifications shown in the specification manual.
• Do you offer drawer hardware for a 30″ deep cabinet?
  • No, we can offer a 30″ deep drawer base cabinet but the drawer guides will be for a 24″ deep cabinet.
• Do you offer an Appliance Panel Service?
  • Yes, we offer an appliance panel service. Simply fill in the Appliance Panel Service Order Form with the make and model of your appliance (along with door style, species etc.) and we’ll not only provide the panels but we’ll stand behind our sizes.
• Will you determine appliance cut-out sizes?
  • We cannot determine appliance cut-out dimensions from manufacturer specification sheets as there are far too many variables. The designer must provide these dimensions.

I got my Custom Quote back, now what?

• If you need to make a change to your Custom Quote:
  • Please mark up your Custom Quote with changes and email it to the Custom Quote department at quotes@cabinetworksgroup.com
• Once you’re ready to order:
  • See https://cabinetworksgroup.com/custom-quotes-2020/ or refer to Section 100 in your specification manual for details on how to enter your Custom Quote in 2020.
  • By entering your completed Custom Quote Number in 2020, you accept that the quote has been created to your specifications. We will produce the item as specified on your completed Custom Quote.
