How To Enter a Custom Quote into 2020 Design

Once you have received a Custom Quote acknowledgment, the quote must be entered into 20-20 in order to submit as an order.

This is accomplished by completing the following steps.

1. With your design open in 2020 Design, enter the CQ Type into the quick search bar as specified on the bottom of the completed Custom Quote that was sent to you (EXAMPLE: CQB, CQW, CQA, etc). If there is more than one record listed, choose the one that most closely matches your Custom Quote.

2. Drag the CQ_ SKU you have chosen onto your plan.

3. In the pop-up dialog, enter the Quote Number and the Price from the top of your completed Custom Quote. Click OK. Then place the CQ_ in the appropriate location on your plan.
   
   PLEASE NOTE: There may be delays if your quote doesn’t match the door style, wood species/material and finish/color of your order.
   
   By entering your completed Custom Quote Number here and clicking OK, you accept that the quote has been created to your specifications. We will produce the item as specified on your completed Custom Quote.

4. You may also modify the dimensions of the custom cabinet under the General tab so that it reserves the proper space on your plan.
