Cabinetworks Group appoints Larry France as chief financial officer following interim role

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LIVONIA, Mich. — Cabinetworks Group, the country’s largest privately owned cabinet manufacturer, appointed Larry France as the company’s chief financial officer, effective September 1, 2025, following his interim role that began on December 27, 2024.

France started his career with Cabinetworks Group in 2023 as the senior vice president of financial planning and analysis (FP&A). With more than 20 years in the finance industry, France brings a strong track record as a hands-on leader with a passion for strategic growth and enhanced decision-making. He has a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, while driving financial and operational excellence through process improvements and data-driven KPIs.

“Larry has been an incredible asset to our team since taking over as interim CFO last year and I’m pleased to welcome him into this permanent role,” said Jeff Jackson, CEO of Cabinetworks Group. “His expertise in the space, as well as experience as a finance executive for multiple private equity-owned portfolio companies, makes him truly invaluable.”

As senior vice president of FP&A for Cabinetworks, France led a team of 11 people, including traditional FP&A and reporting, as well as finance business partners for sales, marketing and supply chain organizations. He partnered with supply chain to build a sales and operations planning process and helped improve forward revenue visibility with dashboard creation and new predictive reporting, among other duties.

Prior to joining Cabinetworks, France was the global vice president of FP&A for Vertiv. During his five-year tenure there, France led a global team accountable for all financial planning and analysis activities. He worked closely with company and sponsor leaders to identify, execute, and track operational improvements and other value creation programs. He helped overhaul Vertiv’s financial reporting infrastructure and launched a long range strategic financial planning process.

Prior to Vertiv, France held roles of increasing responsibility at DaimlerChrysler, Whirlpool, and other manufacturing firms across a wide variety of industries.

France has a master’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in chemical engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan State University.
