Medallion Cabinetry announces new brand positioning and designer-driven innovation to shape 2026 product launch

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LIVONIA, Mich. — Medallion Cabinetry, a leader in custom and luxury kitchen cabinets, and part of the Cabinetworks Group brand portfolio, recently announced its new brand positioning of ‘Capturing the art of living well’, setting the foundation for its 2026 Product Premiere. Shaped by direct feedback from design professionals, this expansive launch is built to answer real-world design challenges through innovation.

“The art of living well is the foundation of our 2026 launch strategy,” said Danielle Mikesell, chief marketing officer for Cabinetworks Group. “As our premier luxury cabinet brand, Medallion reflects our commitment to elevated design, exceptional craftsmanship, and thoughtful innovation, meeting the expectations of luxury designers and discerning consumers while anticipating where the market is headed next.”

This year’s launch marks the debut of Harlan, a flat panel door with a wide, angled frame that brings a new architectural dimension to contemporary and transitional design concepts. Medallion is also expanding quartersawn oak across its popular thin profile, skinny Shaker Apollo and Casey door styles, while growing its accented metal door lineup with new Onyx and Matte Gold selections. Rounding out the product release is Gossamer, an elegant mid-taupe stain that bridges warm and cool tones for effortless, layered style.

“Designer and sales input is critical to driving new product development,” said Josh Dold, senior product manager for Medallion. “This feedback from the frontlines helps us continuously read the pulse of the market and further position Medallion as a leader in near-custom cabinetry.”

Beyond aesthetics, Medallion is also rolling out a number of storage solutions crafted for how homeowners actually live, from pet food stations to vanity mirrors with pull-out storage.

“We hope this launch continues to reflect our dedication to evolving alongside our designer partners and the homeowners they serve,” said Kristen Phipps, director of brand and product for Medallion. “For us, each and every release is about giving these professionals the tools they need to solve challenges with sophistication and style, allowing them to truly capture the art of living well.”
