Cabinetworks Group Chief Commercial Officer shares the experiences and lessons that have shaped her approach to leadership

What shapes a leader?

For Danielle Mikesell, chief commercial officer of Cabinetworks Group, the answer goes well beyond titles, roles or years of experience. It’s shaped by challenges, a willingness to step into the unfamiliar and, perhaps most importantly, the people around you.
