Current Lead Time Status

In the past, our lead time communication was mostly focused production lead times. As indicated in the diagram below, this is the estimated time between order acknowledgement and shipment. These lead time estimates did not include the time to schedule deliveries or the time between the product departing our facilities and reaching the final ship-to address. We will continue to provide you with up to date production lead times, which are estimated with high accuracy.

Additionally, the entire building products industry is impacted by significant fluctuations in demand as well as delays and constraints with freight and cross docks. To better provide you visibility into how these may affect your orders, we are now providing estimated total lead times which are inclusive of the time to schedule home deliveries, production time, and the time to reach the final destination.
