Daily Ops Update – 4/13/2020

As we monitor the evolving circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we continue to adjust our operations to comply with national, state, and local executive orders and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. As a result of the state of Ohio’s stay-at-home order and the measures we are taking to protect the health and safety of our employees, our families, and our communities, we are experiencing skilled labor challenges in our Middlefield, Ohio facilities. These challenges have caused us to extend lead time for our KraftMaid and Merillat Masterpiece brands. We expect this to be a short-term extension and will keep you updated as conditions change.

As a reminder, if, for any reason, your business will be closed and you will not be able to receive a scheduled delivery, please reach out to your Sales Representative or our Care or Logistics teams as soon as possible to letus know of your current status. We will work with you to reschedule deliveries when your business is ready.
