Daily Ops Update – 3/31/2020

As I shared last week, we are diligently working daily with Pennsylvania state officials to explore options that will allow our temporarily paused Thompsontown and Mt. Union facilities to reopen in a way that assures the health and safety of our employees. Cabinetworks Group, along with several other cabinet companies, filed a waiver with the state of Pennsylvania to request approval to reopen our paused facilities. At this time, we have yet to receive a response from the state. We will keep you updated as we learn more.

As we continue to build cabinets and make deliveries, it is important to understand your ability to receive deliveries at your designated locations. If, for any reason, your business will be closed and you will not be able to receive a scheduled delivery, please reach out to your Sales Representative or our Care or Logistics teams as soon as possible to let us know of your current status. We will work with you to reschedule deliveries when your business is ready. Working together, we’ll get through these challenging times.

The status of each brand is shown below. Lead times are clarified with standard and anticipated extended lead time. If you have questions, please reach out to our Care and Logistics teams. We are here to help. All changes from our last update are indicated in bold text.

As a reminder, for quick access to information on order status, you can log on to our online tools for the appropriate brand. These resources provide you with 24/7 access to the most up-to-date information on your orders.

We’ll continue to keep you up to date as new information becomes available. Thank you for your partnership and your business. Stay safe and be well.

Regards,

Larry Denbrock
President and Chief Revenue Officer
