We have immediate openings for General Labor Production Worker positions on ALL SHIFTS!
1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) | 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) | 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am).

We are looking for hard working, high energy individuals with a steady work history, who are looking to make a difference. Starting rate is $15.00/hr + production bonuses.

$1500 in potential bonuses possible within the first 90 days of employment!

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma/GED and/or equivalent experience; be able to work in a fast paced wood manufacturing environment; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Demands for our Production Workers typically include the following: 

MEDIUM – Exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.

STOOPING – Bending body downward and forward. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full use of the lower extremities and back muscles.

KNEELING – Bending legs at knees to come to rest on knee or knees.

CROUCHING – Bending body downward and for-ward by bending legs and spine.

REACHING – Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.

HANDLING – Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands. Fingers are involved only to the extent that they are an extension of the hand. Proximity to moving, mechanical parts.

Qualified candidates will be subject to drug testing and criminal background checks.
